We did not have a good day. We did get a call the day before confirming our appointment at 9:00am with the disclaimer that we were the 2nd stop and they may be up to an hour late. The day of the service, they showed up 2 1/4 hours late (and of course left to get lunch within an hour). When we asked to confirm the work order, the team of two, who seemed to speak very limited English, advised that they were only there to wash the siding and the windows. We called the office and confirmed that we wanted the gutters cleaned out and the walkway powerwashed as well. We were told the Supervisor would be at our home in 30 minutes to work things out - no Supervisor ever showed up. The workers did power wash the siding, the windows and the walkway. The siding and the walkway turned out OK. The windows were another story. First, they used too much pressure, causing water to spray all over the inside of our house, in some cases soaking the drapes even after we notified them of the problem and asked that they turn down the pressure. After the power washing the workers went window by window washing and wiping with Windex. In some cases the windows were cleaned well, in others the dirt was just smeared around. On top of that, the pressure was so great, that dirty water got between the panes of our multi-pane windows and left streaks inside that cannot be wiped away. We spent $4,000 this fall on a new front entry way with side windows. Those new windows now have permanent dirt streaks inside. We were so ready to get rid of these guys that we never bothered to insist on getting our gutters cleaned out. Stay away from these guys
