+ -1 moreOverall this company provides poor tenant and property manager customer service. My tenants cannot stand interacting with him. As for paperwork, it is sloppy with incorrect dates and terms of agreement. One of which he is trying to use against me saying I signed on for a 1 yr contract when my tenants had a 6 month lease. He also tries bullying tactics to make you stay with his services by providing incorrect property management/rental law information- of which which you can easily confirm through city and county websites to be false and trying to force buyout fees when none are in his signed contracts.I will be seeing him in small claims court.

+ -1 moreIt went good. We didn't get to meet physically but I sent him pictures of my work and he released the funds 8am the next morning!
Description of Work: The provider brought me business to mow a lawn. Would have gave me more jobs but I wasn't located in his main location. He wanted the job done before his new tenants were in so it would be nice for them.

+ -1 moreThings have gone great with APM. I signed up with them about a year and a half ago and they helped me through an ugly eviction. After that i decided to let them screen and place a tenant for me. APM just renewed their lease last month. It is hard to find great Property Management Services in the City of Wilmington. APM is by far the best management company i have worked with!

+ -1 moreIt went great! Our tenant has been in the rental property for about 4 months and rental payments have been coming in on time.
Description of Work: "Excellent service providing a tenant for my property. He was very efficient and available keeping me abreast with my property. I would highly recommend others to pick this company to manage your property. He posted my property within two days and had a showing 1 day. Base upon the showing I was able to pick a renter. It only took he approximately 2 weeks."
