AAHIS INC

 I was very impressed with AAHIS, Inc. during my home inspection.  I have been through a hoe inspection before, but it has been several years since my last home purchase.  Regardless, Don Pyle, the home inspector assigned to my house showed up 30 minutes prior to the appointment.  He has everything set up when I arrived at the house and Don took me throughout the house showing me what he was looking at.  I could tell he had extensive knowledge in home inspection and he was more than happy to take my questions as we went along the inspection.  He was very professional, very thorough, and was very upfront with what his criteria was as he was looking through the home.  He took his time with the inspection; even giving some items 2nd and 3rd look overs to make sure his report was accurate.  After the inspection was up, he printed out the report and took the time to go over the items he had found and why he wrote up what he wrote up.  After it was done, he also provided me with a Home Owner's Manual to keep so if I have any questions about my home, I would have a reference.
    Overall, I was extremely satisfied with AAHIS, Inc. in my home inspection.  Don was very professional and showed his extensive
knowledge of home building.  I was extremely confident in his abilities, and he was able to answer any questions I had while showing me what he was looking for.  If you need home inspection services in the Wilmington, DE area, I would recommend these guys as they did a fantastic job with my home inspection.  They made me very confident in my upcoming home purchase.
