This company was everything I could have wanted and more. It began with Ray coming out to the property, personally. He explained everything that was needed to get my garage door up and running after my neighbor crashed into it. He listened well then explained what needed to be done. It was like talking to a good friend you trust. He was straight forward and the price was RIGHT!!! They arrived on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They did everything they said they would do. He wasn't a lot of chatter like others that came by to look at the job. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a company with integrity. I love that it is a family owned business too. They take pride in what they do. Thank you so very much.

it was excellent, they came right on time when i called them.

He informed me of a reasonable assessment and diagnostic fee of about $80. I was please with this professional fee. He was flexible in scheduling and assigned Hash, one of his experienced technicians. Hash kept me updated on his specific ETA that day and was precisely on time. He inspected its' operation, etc., and reviewed with me the need to adjust the chain, replace the springs that he estimated were about 7 years old, align the rails and adjust the rollers. When he was finished the door operated perfectly as well as a new system and I felt very secure. Tight, quiet and smooth! Hash was skilled and very professional!!!

It was good. They did it fast. They are very nice. I am happy. They are also professional.

I used United Garage Doors (302-414-9220) and they repaired it very fast and efficient. I spoke to AJ (owner) he sent Ray the next day and installed both springs for a very reasonable price in about 30 minutes (I did ask for the price and a senior discount over the phone so I knew and agreed to the cost before they arrived ) I would use them again in a heartbeat and already recommended them to a neighbor down the street whose spring broke the day after mine.

Ray was really responsive, contacted me first, arrived early, and completed the faster than I expected. The price was also reasonable and saved us from having to replace the door opener. Paying was also convenient by credit over the phone with their office. They have just moved to Delaware and so I would definitely recommend them to my Delaware friends.

Fine but they tried to charge more when they came initially. I showed them the offer and they complied.

The garage door panel split, making the door opener inoperable. Ray called me as soon as I placed an estimate inquiry and offered to come to the house immediately. He was prompt, polite, and professional, and he repaired the door same-day, quickly at a very fair price. Everything he needed was on the truck. I was even more impressed because the temperature outside was only 14 degrees, but Ray worked regardless. I definitely recommend United Garage Doors, and I will call them again for future repairs.

The man came promptly and did the work neatly and quickly. It was hard to communicate with him because his English was heavily accented. I would never hire this company again!

Great service. I was able to get a next day appointment. Repairman was prompt and efficient. I had additional work done besides what I purchased on Angie's List but the price was still a great price. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

2 days after the job the garage door stopped working (same problem as before they replaced the motor). For a whole month I have chased Ray the owner/manager, until finally he sent someone to do the job. 2 months later it stopped again, they promise 3 years warranty but don't deliver. Stay away from this company.

I called on a Sunday morning at 7:30am. Ray (the repair guy)...was at my home within the hour. He was very professional and fixed my garage in 10 mins. I was charged $100 for a $5 dollar fix. (I really don't know if it really cost 5 bucks to fix my garage but my garage was repaired in 10 minutes). I'm certain it shouldn't have cost $100 but it was a Sunday and he responded quickly and was very professional so the $100 is justifiable. I would definitely recommend his service. Ray was awesome!

very poor tune up. Over tighten the spring and made the door to open very slowly. I assume, due to the tension applied on the spring, the motor draws more current and activating the circuit breaker. Bottom line, I could n't use the intended outlet! Gentleman told me that my Genie Garage Door opener is no good and he is trying to sell me another brand for $600! Bazar experience. I prefer the gentlemen not to enter my house. I am very disappointed

The technician who came to my home, Sam, was absolutely wonderful! I called on a Monday morning and he came that evening, no problem. Working full-time it is difficult to find companies who will come out during hours that are actually convenient for the working woman without paying an obscene amount of money. Sam took a look at both doors and was able to solve the problem and fix it within a half hour. Great employee, great company, definitely plan to use them for any future issues.

I originally had one time for the technician to come out, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to call and ask if they could move the time about an hours later. They had no problem with accommodating me. I even received a call from the technician letting me know when he would actually arrive. Sam was an excellent technician, professional and an expert. He explained to me what he was going to do and in about an hour, my garage door was working like new again. I would definitely recommend this company...and I like the warranty on the product. I would have uploaded a before and after picture, but Sam was so efficient and fast in getting the broken spring off, didn't have time to take one. LOL!

A replacement of a two car garage door with insulation. I was extremely impressed with the timeframe the door was delivered and put on. Ray's professionalism was the best I've seen in a long time. He then call to confirm his appointment and time and was there 10 minutes before his time very impressive. He then fix my light and my garage door and that wasn't part of the deal. Ray from United garage door was superb .
