The owner of the company, Phil called and said that his men would be out in two hours as soon as they finished another job. They arrived in an hour. The two men Joey and Austin were very professional and nice and knew exactly what to do and had the main drain to the sewer unclogged in a short amount of time. They didn't try to sell other services to us like a lot of other companies. The price was very reasonable and we would highly recommend them.

The company responded almost immediately for a leaking tub drain trap that was probably 40 years old. The trap was replaced by cutting a hole in the ceiling below. Calls regarding leaks identified subsequent to the repair were met with "keep an eye on it" and a recommendation not to allow the tub to fill to the overflow value as that would lead to leaks. The promised recommended vendor to repair the drywall never happened and gouges in the tub porcelain down to the cast iron now need to be repaired.
