Overhead Door Co of Northern Delaware

I like them so much, I am looking at new garage units for my other house, pending product, I will be hiring them to do the work.. I will let you know how that goes when the weather is nicer here.

When door and parts arrived at dealer, I was contacted to schedule an installation date. The day before scheduled installation I was called and advised that tech was not available on that date.

Rescheduled and techs arrived on time on new date with everything needed to complete job. Installation was finished in less than 4 hours. Techs were pleasant and answered all my questions. Old door and parts were taken away as promised. Work area was left clean. I would recommend this company. I gave them an A, but delays might be an issue if home owner had an old door that was not operating.

I have used this company in the past and was really happy with them. I had a bad experience using another garage door company - I think it was called Precision, which I used because I had gotten a coupon in a mailer. They way overcharged me and everything broke after they had supposedly fixed everything. Then I called the Overhead Door people and they fixed the door and it had worked perfectly for seven or eight years. I had been so happy with them that I called them when the door itself became damaged and bowed. Big Jaegers came out exactly as scheduled and was very helpful in explaining our options and allowing us to make the choice that suited our budget. The work hasn't been completed yet since the door has just been ordered. I don't expect any problems with the installation. I think this company is very professional and knowledgeable.
