I recently had a disappointing experience with GreenPest management company. A sales representative pressured me into signing a one-year contract by stating that he needed to secure one customer that day. Feeling cornered, I agreed to the contract, trusting the sales guy professionalism. However, after the first service, I decided to cancel the service. I was shocked when I was informed that the cancellation fee would be $250, despite having been told initially that the service fee was $100. The customer service agent was rude and he got furious after he heard about cancellation and determined to get 250$ from me. The entire experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I would caution others about the company shady practices and be wary of high-pressure sales tactics. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend GreenPest company and suggest seeking pest control services from a more transparent and customer-friendly provider.

Work was done promptly but has not resolved issue. I have contacted the company for a follow up but they tell me I must wait a month for the treatment to fully work.

The technicians also have to figure out what is best for your property, so it's definitely not an overnight thing. It looks like your initial treatment was about 2 weeks ago, and your follow up visit will be in about a week and a half. Rest assured we will get your pest problems taken care of and you will see results. We offer a pest free guarantee that we stand by. After your next follow up visit, give that a little time and if you are still seeing heavy pest activity, we will come re-service at no additional charge to you. Thank you for your patience."

Very well,i would definitely recommend green pest to anyone they were here once so far because I've been seeing the carpenter ants around and they're as bad as termites so we nipped that right in the butt,i havent seen any so far and they were here once so far and i have 5 more appointments with them,they are very nice and professional and I love the guarentee that i will not see them agian.!!!Thank you Green pest

"I'm sorry that you feel that it was a scam. We spent almost an hour on your home (we have GPS on our vehicles as proof which we are more than happy to provide). Also, I don't know where you got the $250 amount from. Since we did offer you a free initial treatment and you did cancel after that, we only charged you $150 as per the agreement. The reason you told us over the phone that you wanted to cancel was because you already had a pest control service. None of what you wrote is even close to what you told us on the phone, or what you we have as payment from you."

Green Pest went above and beyond for my home. The technician's are always great. So friendly and helpful. They treat inside and out and even get all of our nasty spider webs outside. Great customer service as well. I can always get someone out here right away if needed. Been using their company for a few years now. I recommend!
