I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor and use them again in the future.  I had received my great grandmother's curio and one of the glass panels was broken.  Bill came out at the time promised and had the new panel completed within a few days.  Great service!!

He was wonderful. Price was good. Everything was great. No complaints and he actually recommended a guy to re-grout the whole bathroom and when he was done the bathroom looked like new. I remember him being terrific. The owner of the company came out himself and he was terrific. He did it in one day. He was very clean. The Glass Doctor was awesome.

Great! They were professional and careful while in my home not to make a mess. I do feel they were over priced but we were anxious to get the work done after completing a major renovation. They also provided a guarantee so I felt it made it worthwhile.

Our master bath shower renovation was needed when wall tile bonding to the underlying drywall (yes drywall) failed.  House was built in the 1960's.  Original shower doors (double bypass) were mildewed and corroded beyond repair and were removed and discarded.  Demo'ed to the studs and sub-floor after water was found under the wall and floor tile.  Contracted for wall and floor retiling; but that's another success story.
After much online searching I discovered that Basco was the only reasonably priced manufacturer that not only supplied off-the-shelf shower enclosure products but also could be requested/paid to "customize" for the opening.  Our shower opening is wider than the small standard doors and narrower than the wide standard doors supplied by other makers like American Standard and Kohler.  The bathroom arrangement demanded retaining the double bypass door design.  Basco's web site led to several dealer/installers in our area.  All that were contacted were more expensive and seemed less service oriented than Glass Doctor of Delaware.  A verbal rough estimate was followed by a home visit by Bill who measured and provided a written quote realizing that the opening was not perfectly plumb on one side and including provisions.  1/2 was paid on order; 1/2 on completion.  Material arrived at Glass Doctor in approximately three weeks and installation scheduled within three working days.  Ben and Ben, the two technicians, arrived on time and installed exactly what was ordered.  They worked efficiently, were more than courteous, cleaned up well including vacuuming and did a great job on the installation.  The door operates smoothly and looks great.  Even though I feel shower enclosures doors are generally expensive, I feel we got a great price and value for the money spent.
