Roland is excellent at housecleaning. He vacuumed and washed all my floors.  Cleaned the kitchen floors, counters, exterior of appliances, dusted tops of cabinets.  He was kind enough to change two fluorescent ceiling fixtures because I cannot climb ladders.  He dusted all blinds and ceiling fans.  He vacuumed off the couch and easy chairs and cat tree (I have two cats and fur is everywhere).  He cleaned both bathrooms very well.  He put back everything in place that needed to be moved for the dusting, that is he dusted behind things as well and not just top clean around them.  I have a large braided rug, and he lifts it as much as he can to vacuum and clean the floor under it.  The house looked and smelled clean and fresh when he finished. Roland is quiet and efficient, does not waste time.  His demeanor is courteous.  He is careful to not break anything.  He is an honest man with my belongings.  I appreciate how helpful his cleaning has been for me as I am 75 years old and have back problems.  My home has never looked nicer, I am proud of it now when my friends come over to visit.
