The cleaning didn't go well as the stains reappeared a few days later.

Mr. Higgens and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They moved furniture such as beds, chairs and tables and cleaned under them. They worked about 5 hours doing the job and never took breaks. They provided booties to use on the wet carpet, put all furniture back in place with plastic protectors to protect against rusting on the wet floors. The carpets look great. They are exceptional cleaners and I have used them yearly for more than five years.
