John came over replaced part and I paid him. The next day it still wasn't working. Called and was told another part would be ordered. I have been waiting forever. I realize with the Pandemic there is a delay. I have been waiting patiently for weeks. Now when I try to call no one answers and the recording says I can leave a message after I enter the password. I have tried numerous times. I DON'T HAVE A PASSWORD. I also wanted my dishwasher repaired and am still waiting for a response. I WOULD NEVER HAVE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF LACK OF CONTACT.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The woman who answers the phone has a terrible attitude for no reason at all. John was nice (when he came to the house) but apparently isn't in the business to help people. The diagnosis he gave us did not work, when I called back to see if he'd be available to check if another part needs to be replaced (as directed by appliance parts pro), I was told he doesn't have the time, they'll send me a refund and then hung up on me. Thanks for nothing!

I have a 14-year old Whirlpool refrigerator I am nursing along before replacement. AAA Stan's helped me stop an issue with icing and water pooling under the freezer. I can probably keep saving for a new one thanks to their great service because it is still humming along!

Problem explained clearly and fixed quickly.

Stan's saved me about $700 for a new dryer that I would have wasted. Not to mention it was better for the environment to not throw out my old dryer and get a few more years use out of it. Stan's price was more than fair and the work was completed expertly and cleanly. Stan did not leave a mess when he left, which is sometimes an issue. Stan's cleaned out the ducts in the dryer and it is running like new again. The price was extremely reasonable for the work done which included parts and labor.

Stan's fixed the problem, explained the issue that had caused it, and provided (when asked) advice on cleaning the dryer vent. The technician was highly professional, extremely polite, and very helpful. Would not hesitate to use them again -- everything you would want in a family-owned local business.

AAA Stan's Appliance Service showed up promptly, explained the diagnostic process, and set to work as a team. Due to the washer's age, the display board was no longer available which we could not remedy with a repair call. I was referred to another small business for a new product and the experience was stress free. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness!

John and his son Kyle came up and trouble shot the washer. He couldn't make the leak appear, but provided a list of items that could make it leak. Since they weren't able to duplicate the incident, they gave us a 3 month credit on the service call. We have used John's company for over 8 years on our LG appliances. He is so honest, polite and professional!

Outstanding service. Stan's gave a two-hour window for the repair staff to show up. Kyle & John arrive on time and got right down to business. It took them just 10 minutes to determine the problem and give their recommendation. The repair (parts and service) would have cost about the same as a new dishwasher, and they recommended not doing the repair because the unit was at the end of the average life for dishwashers. They even looked up a similar unit online and found a local retailer that had it on sale. Kyle & John were highly professional and friendly, and took the time to go over the repair or replace pro's & cons. And they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely worth the $85 service call.

They showed up early and provided a lot of information. Diagnosed and replaced a motor and valve, required 2 visits because part had to be ordered, but the tech and the office was very communicative and it all came together in the estimated time frame. Their service fee was very reasonable, the (European) part was a bit expensive (reason for "good" rating for price).

I called for a dishwasher repair. It could have been fixed, but given the age and the required repairs, I decided not to repair. Everything was explained to me professionally and thoroughly. Recommendations were made for future purchases. Would use again.

We ended up not repairing the dishwasher but they were extremely helpful with tips and buying a new one. We have used Stan's before and they are the most polite and trusting of any home contractor we have ever dealt with. A+

Called and they had an ACTUAL person answer the phone! She was extremely nice and very professional. The were able to come out within the week (the lady even apologized they couldn't come sooner). They were to be here between 12-2 & was told they would call before coming to the house. As promised, I received a call to say they were on the way and showed up right on time at 1:00. When they came the first thing they did was hand me a business card and introduced themselves. Kyle and John were great! Before starting the repairs they explained exactly what they were doing plus gave me the cost. They were done in about 90 minutes. Couldn't tell they were here, they cleaned up after themselves. PLUS they even gave me tips on my front loading washing machine. I LOVE AAA Stan's Appliance Service! I am spreading the word about them. Good and trusting service is hard to find
