.I've used DL Martin & Sons for all my HVAC work over the last 10 years. They are honest and reliable and their prices are fair. Highly recommend.

He found my husband's weak spot and talked him into a couple of services not planned on...and expensive. As I recall, I had asked about a problem with our shower drain - and he charged a fee for consultation...for five minutes of his time! Just shocked in overall expense for his visits.

We were getting oil smells upstairs, so I shut the furnace off and called Martins. They were quick to respond. The man that came was not really responsive. He told me the chimney was blocked with soot and that I have had the system for 5 years and should have had it cleaned every year. I was not aware of that and asked him to set up an automatic appointment for me in a year and to continue that schedule every year. He could not clean the entire chimney, so I had to contact our chimney sweep who came a few days later. He cleaned out the rest of the chimney and is going to return to put a screen over the top of the chimney so birds do not get in. He is also on a yearly schedule so that we can avoid problems such as this in the future.

They are the most honest and conscientious tradesman I have hired. Their prices are always fair and they show up when they say they will. Can't ask for anything more.

He has always been very prompt. He would say that he would be here sometime in the morning and I appreciate that. He would call if he runs late. They treat us well. I would definitely recommend them.
