Pro Exteriors

It was a fiasco from start to finish. The owner did not listen to what I wanted and he installed the wrong windows on damaged and rotted window frames. I explained to him that the frames were rotted and damaged before he started. I trusted him to be a professional and give me what I stated to him repeatedly. He forgot to show up to start the job and I had to call his office to remind him to start the job when he said OK, and nodded as to hearing my desires he proceeded to order the wrong windows and install them. I didn't know he did that, I trusted him to do this job right and it is far from being right. The failed attempt to provide ALL NEW WINDOWS on my house as I stated did not happen. When I contacted him he gave me excuses and did not make any part of this job right. I stopped any further work, cut my losses and will not hire Pro Exteriors, the parent company (Empire Construction Group) or anybody associated with these people. By far the worse contractor that I have ever been associated with. I have never been disappointed with Angie's list providers before now.
