It took a week or so to get a measurement appointment, but once this visit occurred, the sales rep did a great job explaining the style and material options, even to the point of example pics of recent local installations, beyond the staged catalog pictures.

The promised manufacturing lead time was met, no problem.

The installers arrived promptly at the promised time.  They respected our carpets by removing their shoes or wearing booties.  The installation was quickly done.

There is one hitch.  One shutter panel is oversized by 1/4" and will not close completely. It is being remanufactured and should be back within weeks. 

Salesperson, Ashley, arrived on schedule with lots of samples. She was friendly and professional. Helpful when making selections, especially what to put on the sliding glass door. She suggested vinyl vertical blinds as we have dogs and vinyl is easier to keep clean than fabric blinds.

Within 3 weeks, the blinds were ready for installation. Doug and Craig arranged a time and showed up when expected. Installation took about an hour. These guys were terrific and the shades look beautiful! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The salesperson came to the house, took measurements, and sold the package. They came two weeks later and installed them. The blinds were ready sooner than they had estimated, and they came out earlier than they had told us they would. They were in and out very quickly. They were very polite and very professional. They were very good and provided excellent service too. I was very pleased with them.
