It was done quickly and after a week I noticed the cuckoo clock was making a strange noise. He came twice to moniter it and make sure all was well. He is very good with treasured time pieces. M Rinaldi

Very professional diagnosis, estimate, and servicing. Both items are antiques, with unusual mechanics for operation. He was familiar with both, and was confident of his ability to service. He has a backlog - which he noted "up front". With his talents, a backlog is no surprise! This is a guy who knows and loves clocks. 

Called both times to follow up on his work and be sure everything was working as it should. The best service I have ever had on this clock!!!!

I think, he's the only one in Delaware that repairs clocks. I couldn't find anybody else. Actually, I've used his service for two clocks, and he's in the process of doing it for me now. The only complaint that I've had about him was he took 12 weeks to get the service done, but he told us about that upfront.

My clock now works without stopping, although it needs regulating and cleaning. Brian has a long list of customers so there is a waiting list of several months but clearly is highly regarded by his customers. It is well worth my waiting.

rs. We called for service on our Grandfather clock which hasn't been serviced for 11 years. We were expecting the worse since the clock has never been serviced since we bought it new 11 years ago. However, Mr. Gustafson knew exactly what he was doing and got right to it. He serviced the clock and even aligned the hands to strike when they are supposed to. We are very satisfied and highly recommend his service.

He is very professional and prompt. He calls two weeks later to see if everything is to your satisfaction. He gives you a three year notice when you should have maintenance done on the clock. He explained everything to me, but he didn't try to oversell me. He just made recommendations, but was not pushy whatsoever.
