The quality of the work he did was exceptional. He paid close attention to detail - all work was done competently, neatly and everything was level and secure. He got the job done on time and on budget. He was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with and thoroughly cleaned up his work areas before leaving, something few providers do willingly or adequately.

The Moons take a personal interest in what you need and want. They met with us to decide what was needed and what we could afford then presented several options for us to choose from. They were always responsive when we asked questions. Once we decided on what we wanted they got the work done on budget and in less time than expected. We love the finished product and highly recommend them.

We shared our ideas for the project with Mr. Moon - a "landing" area at back door, then wide steps to the ground. The goal was ease of use by disabled person with walker. He drew up the plans, we suggested changes and he agreed, and the very next day he began the project. It was completed in two days. He was professional, personable, and the end product is exactly what we wanted and needed.

Mr. Moon came to do the estimate promptly and was willing to include all I needed done - several other companies either did not bother to come, or delayed getting there or returning paperwork. His estimate was in line with others, but he also was willing to try to work in some small additional things. They completed the entire job in about a week despite several rainy days. They were efficient, hard working and paid attention to every detail. They were entirely trustworthy. They kept me appraised of when they would be there and maintained excellent communication through the process. I would have them back any time. I am an older person and live on my own, but I would, with no reservations, trust the Moon's of Accessible Solutions to work in my house at any time, even if I could not be home when they were working. I have had some negative experiences with contractors in the past, and was a bit concerned with having anyone do work, but I was absolutely pleased with all they did. Mr. Moon even left me enough shingles left over from doing the roof, that I was able to repair the roof of my garden shed to match the house. He could have returned them to the supplier for a refund, but he let me have them. Just an overall positive experience.
