Sammy came the last week in August and buried a PVC pipe from my exterior sump pump drain. He ran this (underground) into my back yard, where he installed a 'pop-up' valve to help control water outflow. He returned the first week in September and repeated the process for the front downspout on the house. When burying the pipes, he carefully cut the sod, laid it aside, and replaced it in the new trench; minimizing the damage to the lawn. Sammy and his crew were neat, personable, and professional. Sammy is also responsible for the maintenance of my crawlspace, and the operation of the sump pump. He performs a quarterly inspection, and does any required maintenance. He always arrives on time and finishes efficiently.
