Jim is a warm and friendly guy. Shows up on time or early. He and his son were willing to do most anything we needed help with, including a particularly disgusting large rug. They also hauled junk from a 3rd story attic down a steep ladder like entrance. If they found something of value, they would bring it to our attention. They spent 2 days, were always cheerful and friendly when we got in the way, whether they were covered in dirt and sweaty, etc. The price was more than fair for all their hard work!
