I had a leak through my first floor kitchen window from an upper deck that I had tried to get fixed for some time. We gave up and laid towels across the window with every rain. Rick arrived and worked to flash the upper wall over the window to still not get it. He came back on his own dime to find it and found it was the threshold door flooring that had not been installed properly. He didn't charge me a cent to fix this and now for the first time in years, we are dry! YEH! Next we had black mold treated by professionals and an estimate to reinsulate from, a second group. The price seemed high for the insulation so we called Rick and he gave us a better price. We hired him to follow behind the first group which he did and the job went a day faster than he had thought. He saved us $1000 off his estimate rather than charging us the full price. I don't know any contractor who has ever done that for us. I couldn't be happier with his work and we will be calling him again for other jobs.
