When popcorn ceilings are applied, unfortunately there is little care used in finishing the drywall, since they are just covered up anyway. After removal of the popcorn ceilings, Michael finished the ceiling drywall, applying at least one layer of mud to each joint/tape. He then sanded every joint and the entire perimeter of every room before applying two coats of ceiling paint. The job required approx 9 days to complete. The finished ceilings are perfect. You cannot see any blemish or joints through the ceiling paint.
Michael was always on the job when he said he would be. He is very conscientious and courteous. His rates are quite reasonable. We are very happy with his performance and will happily employ him again.
Mike is a perfectionist. His work is extremely neat and he pays attention to any detail in the work. My bathroom is
wallpapered and I was worried that paint might drip onto it. Mike is extremely cautious and the job turned out quite
well. He was extremely responsive to my needs. He is very responsible, easy to communicate with, arrives on time,
prices very fair. I will surely use Mike again
