It went very well. They knew that we were without water so they came the next morning (which was a Saturday) and worked for 8 hrs straight to get everything done so we would have our water back on.

Exactly what u don't want process of elemination ....very very costly....by the time he replaced everything and hrs and hrs of 135.00 $ labor charge ....could have a new well dug ....I live off disability and the owner of the house is 85yrs old .....the only discount he gave was 2hrs of labor.....very nice man and showed up in a timely manner......he's just very expensive....and there was a lot of guess work in my situation

This was horrible. He left us without hot water. and we caught him snoozing while the hot water was being drained. He said he didn't know how long it would take to drain a 50 gallon tank (which is of course a lie). He stood out by his truck and we felt that he would have stayed there longer if we didnt go out there to see what he was doing. It was $200 for replacement of 2 heating pieces that cost $25 a piece. So he spent an hour letting the tank drain and charged us for that when he could have had us drain the tank before hand. He said himself it took 5 minutes to put the 2 pieces in. So essentially we paid him $150 for 5 minutes of work, and we still have no hot water. By the time we have his service corrected we could have just bought a new water heater.

They are great.  They are very prompt and are reasonable with their rates.  They really know their stuff.  They are not so well dressed and I understand that they do dirty work.

A few years ago I had a problem with pipes clogged - called another company first - they said it would cost me $1500.00 to correct the problem.  I then called Jack's, he fixed the problem for $120.00.  Since that time, I only use Jack's Plumbing.

We were very happy with the work that Jack's Plumbing performed. Jack and his crew were very professional. It was not an easy project as our property has many big trees which required Jack and his crew to work extra hard to prepare the ground to run the pipe for the connection. Jack kept us informed throughout the project and all the work was performed as stated in the contract. We would recommend Jack to anyone.
