Great selection but they so not guarantee their plants. Bought plants 2 weeks ago. The more than dozen plants that I bought at the same time are doing well so it is the plant. Will not replace it.

The trees arrived on time. They were in good condition.  However, when the two young men dug holes to plant them they didn't put water in the hole first.  I didn't find this out until the next day when all the leaves started to fall off the trees.  I had expected the two men to know what they were doing since I paid half the price of the trees for the planting.  When I went to the East Coast Garden Center that weekend to express my concern that the trees might be dying because of the improper planting (they were guaranteed)  the man I was referred to didn't seem to express any concern or care.  The trees have survived after a rough year and plenty of watering but I will not buy any more trees from them because of this response.

Terrible! They put some small bushes behind some knock out roses so u can't see the low lying bushes from the front of the house. They finally showed up in late May/early June to finish the sides of the house. They also planted some tree which did go well. I was told they would put down the black cloth and mulch the sides when done. I was charged for it but it never happened. I wanted four bushes in a certain area and they only brought three. The planting crew promised to be back in a few days with the fourth bush. 7 weeks later they called asking about it. The summer is over by then! I'm really disappointed ! For that kind of money it was not really worth it. I like to buy local but this has changed my mind. Also bought some plants attheir store against my better judgement. > than 1/2 of them dies within a week. Still haggeling with them over the bill. Adrienne is very nasty when you don't agree with her. NEVER,NEVER,EVER use them.

Process was good but had a problem with one of the trees in less than a year and they refused to replace or refund

Met with us, recommended plantings, grown cover. Very knowledgeable, friendly service.

They were great.They have good service and they do great quality work.

They are very personable. It is a family oriented business and they are down to earth in taking care of what I need done. They listen to what I want and they are very good at making suggestions. Their workmanship for installation is very good. I didn't shop around. They are honest and good people. I took in a little sketch for them to look at and when they came out they came up with something that was even better. I have another project to do in the spring with them.

My mother and I finally found the place (used Internet and their recorded directions) and we were pleased at the large selection of items. We had heard about their great selection. Previously we had purchased from a smaller nursery closer to our home. We were not pleased with the lack of service. There was only one other party on-site, so it wasn't busy at all. It was a hot day so we only walked to their nearest building. It didn't seem that any of the staff wanted to leave the office area to help us find plants, discuss possible landscaping with us, etc. While on-site, I used my mobile phone to call their office to ask a question about hostas since there were no staff outside or nearby. Since we were interested in purchasing more items and couldn't easily and comfortably find our way around their large property, I walked back to the office to go inside to find someone to help us. We would have walked through several more building had we had a map to know where was what. Bob (I think that was his name) did help us select several shrubs. We also inquired about purchasing up to $1000 more of product, including trees, but were discouraged as Bob told us their landscaping company really only does trees and that any landscaping which might be done would be in late September. There were 3 staff people standing around as I lugged two heavy wagons into the office to be checked out. No one offered to help drag the other wagon in or to say, "We'll come over there to pull the tags off so you don't have to drag it all the way inside." We were offered plastic to line our vehicle, but we had brought our own. No one offered to load the 17 items into our vehicle. One of the items was a small tree. Bob did pull one of the wagons out to our car, but then left because he got radioed by someone and didn't bother to say, "Thanks for coming". Since they are on 14 acres it might be nice to offer customers a golf cart to get around. (Staff or customer manned.) This could be available on especially hot days or when there are not a lot of customers. Very disappointed by the lack of help at this place of business. Will go back to purchasing from local landscaping/nursery down the street from my house which is cheaper and provides better customer service.
