48 year old Carpenter with 35+ years experience. General contractor approx 12 houses and countless other additions. Age and lack of finding good employees has caused me to scale down my business to smaller jobs lasting approx 1-5 days. Experience in ALL areas home residential construction and repair. At this point it would be easier to list what I have limited experience in including concrete, masonry and HVAC. I am the sole employee with a helper when needed. Replace/repair windows, doors, siding, roofing, and decks. Replace/ repair repair all kitchen, bath electrical fixtures and appliances. Plumbing and minor electrical repair.
