Not dependable. Hired for regular mowing. Worked well for about one month, then disappeared. Replied to my inquiry by saying would be there tomorrow, never showed, never communicated. I asked again and was told Monday or Tuesday. No sense of serving the customer. Other reviews concern house cleaning and are positive.

Cynthia did an awesome job cleaning my house prior to my moving in. House was sooooo much better asfter she had been there. Wiped down walls, scrubbed floorboards, etc. great service at a great price. Nice thing abt this company is they do offer a range of cleaning products if you are sensitive to various ones.

Poor customer service. You pay them on time for two years and schedule a day of the week to mow. They secretly change the days or only mow half of the property but charge you the full amount. You contact them and they pretend they didnt do anything wrong. So find another mowing service as there are honest people who can do the job right!!! But this company is not honest. Poor Performance. (Updated) - Thats funny because on 3-1-16, I requested to your service on Thursdays and asked when you were starting and you answered, the start date is pending on the weather. You never communicated it would not occur on Thursdays when that was my request. You came on some Thursdays but when we questioned why you were not coming on Thursdays anymore your husband told me he got a bigger job. When I questioned why you only mowed the front and not the rear property, there were no return emails. But you charged the FULL PRICE but didn't mow all of my lawn. Then you never told me you were stopping. You stated I did not understand why you came on one Wednesday and of course a day of rain I understood. But every week after that you never came on Thursdays and it didn't rain all summer. Everyone of my neighbors mow their own lawn. But one asked you to do it on a day they were unable and they said you did them and drove away and didn't do us. Poor Performance. Watch and pay close attention to DNC's service as to what they say and what they really do.
