Blue Hen Disposal All

I've been a customer for 4 years, never complained until this past January. Normally if they have to cancel pickup they reschedule within that same week. It snowed. They rescheduled for a week later. It was right after Christmas and trash was already overflowing. They said oh we will pick it all up NEXT week. I called , considering I had no choice and had to buy dump tickets and take my trash because animals were getting in my garbage. I called asked if they were going to credit for not coming. Was told they weren't doing that cause they picked up double trash. I explained how mine was not double and was told, okay a note will be put in your account and the credit we can give you will show on next bill. It's May. New bill doesn't have a discount. I call, they see no note on my account and new girl that was hired explained noone gets a refund. So I am now canceling my services as of this coming Monday. Its sad. And customer service was poor.

They raised our rates 150% because we asked them not to turn around in our yard resulting in ruts from the trash truck. Very rude service by the customer service lady who acted like we were causing her such distress by asking them not to destroy our yard. Would not recommend.

I pay them quarterly. They are great. They are reliable. They take their time and don't crush the cans like the other company did. They don't fly through here like the other company did; they are real good about that.

The experience has been excellent. I haven't compared their prices.
