We are satisfied with the work they completed. They did not show up the first time, but after contacting them they had an emergency and needed to take care of it. We wished they had called or in some way let us know they were not going to show up as scheduled.

I had other estimates. archers promptness was great and the urgency they showed me. The estimate was done the same day. The quote came back immediately. And my is done. So thank You. Torrie at first seem not friendly but yet I felt he knew what he was doing. He takes pride in his work. He reassured me that it wouldnâ t leak. At first I thought I offended him then he offered the hose test. That made me feel so much better. I told Torrie I will be calling Archers to do my next project. In addition to complete replacement of a water damaged roof, Archer did siding replacement to fix cracked siding from Golf ball hits. Both jobs were completed in just over a day. The work was excellent and the crew worked quickly and efficiently.

What a great experience, my pro showed up in a timely manner and went right to work on the project. I did help a bit because he object removed from the roof was heavy and he did not want to damage anything when it was removed. I must say the results are well above what I expected, how about the word "Perfect" is what I got. It did not take long, but as I said he worked all the time he was here, now that is what I like. I tried to get an independent contractor to do the job, because he gave me a quote $120 less than Home advisor originally gave me as a fixed price quote. However, he kept giving me excuses over a 2 week period. I then with the company that home advisors referred me too and they did an excellent and timely job for lower than the original fixed price. Thank goodness for Archer Exteriors.

Excellent customer service and explaned all the work to be done, including detailed pictures of the damage and repairs. The price was right, and they showed up fast to do the repair, as opposed to other companies who were not even interested in a "repair" but tried to sell me a whole new roof replacement. I highly recommend Archer, and will hire them again if I need a job done!
