My laptop was having problems with a device driver that had been auto-installed. I called Don and he first tried to help me resolve the problem over the phone, which would have been at no cost to me. We eventually got to a point that it was obvious he needed to come see it for himself, so we made an appointment for the next day. He showed up and patiently worked through all the possible options, eventually isolating the offending device driver and restoring it to an earlier version. He patiently answered my questions and shared his wealth of knowledge, so that if this happens again I should be able to handle it myself. I couldn't be happier with the results and would gladly recommend him to anyone in the Delaware area having problems with their PC system.

The service was very good. He showed up on time exactly. His rates were very reasonable. He explains things very well. We didn't do a follow up with him because we ended up having to buy another computer. He was very honest about the fact that our computer was shot. What happened was, we had to buy another computer through Staples and they offer a program where they come in and install. That was the end of that.

I was happy to have computer service provided at our home instead of taking to a shop and waiting. All questions are answered on the spot and you know everything is working well. If adjustments need to be made they are done immediately. Would recommend and use service again.

Don makes "housecalls", and responds quickly. He came within 1-2 business days to work on my laptop that was severely gummed up. I was very concerned about my computer because roughly one month earlier I had downloaded a virus, and I was afraid that the current problem was severe and an aftereffect of the virus. He patiently and diligently investigated the sources of gumminess (it took at least two hours) and fixed it. It wasn't the virus, but a software program that made my computer run slowly. Plus, he recommended ways for me to keep the computer running smoothy. Note that I am writing this report in early October, over four months later, and my computer has worked well since his visit.
