Work was done well

Personnel on the phone were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Brivianna was very efficient. The technician, Wilmer, was both professional and friendly. He completed the drilling of the hole in our countertop with great skill and made no mess at all. He even installed the countertop soap dispenser from under the counter to countertop. We are very pleased with the entire experience.

We were looking to have a larger sink installed in the kitchen granite countertop and went to numerous granite fabricators in the area, almost all of which recommended replacing the entire granite countertop. When asked about cutting the existing countertop and putting in the larger sink, almost all would not do it. We went to Stone Nation and explained what we were looking for to Biriviana De Leon. She immediately suggested cutting the existing counter to save money, and that her husband, Fernando, could do it. Within days a couple of their employees came out to verify that the under cabinet was big enough for a larger sink and we started the process to have Stone Nation do the work. Fernando (the company owner) showed up on the day of the scheduled appointment and we realized that there was a slight miscommunication about the scope of the work involved. He was able to adjust his schedule and came back a little later that day and performed the requested work. He and his crew did a fantastic job of cutting the granite, polishing it, and installing the new sink, at a very reasonable price. Fernando and his workers were very polite, professional, and efficient, completing the work in a timely manner with very little mess involved.

Everyone we dealt with from the beginning of our project was extremely helpful and listened carefully to our needs. The owners are extremely nice people who know exactly what to do to get the job done just the way you need it to be. Stone Nation had a good selection of different kinds of stone they could supply us with with varying prices. They helped us find the perfect granite for our fireplace facade project. They were fast in getting our stone selection in so we could see it rather than have to rely on a picture on the computer. They assured us once the granite slab arrived if it was not to our liking they could easily arrange another choice. I would recommend Stone Nation and will go back to them for our next project.

They did a beautiful job. They came in and took charge of my kitcchen, removed all of the old countertops and replaced them with new granite tops, Also replaced new sink which i love, it is so deep.They cleaned up after they finished. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had such a satisfying experience with workers and owners of stone mason. They replaced our builder quality counter top with beautiful quartz and installed new sink, dishwasher and stove and our kitchen looks fantastic. Everyone at stone nation were exceptional and they hauled away old appliances and left my house very clean. I referred them to my friend and she also has hired them now. Amazing service from initial bid to final invoice! Workers are nice, polite and clean up after themselves. We had old Formica counter tops that Stone Nation replaced with quartz counter tops. But! The best, even more beautiful than the counter tops, was the back splash wall. It makes me smile every time I look at it! Every person from Brivviana and Amy in the office, to every worker bee, were super knowledgeable and skilled. I will use their services again and highly recommend them.

Stone Nation deserves ten stars! This family-owned business is the best! Professional! Helpful! Timely! Respectful! I shopped for my new kitchen countertops at seven companies and am so glad I found Stone Nation. Save yourself the time and call them first! This husband and wife team do it all themselves with own their small crew. The showroom is in Milford, DE, but I didn’t have to drive there. Biriviana came to our home and showed us many stone samples in the home environment. She was patient, creative, friendly, and focused on us and our kitchen needs. Then, Fernando came and took exact measurements and made a template. Back at the shop, Fernando fabricated our chosen stone himself. No sending the job out to a distant fabrication company. The installation was scheduled for only a couple weeks later. Other companies had predicted ten to twelve weeks. The best part---the ease and convenience on installation day. Stone Nation took care of everything on one day. The installation crew removed the old (ugly) countertops and sinks and installed the beautiful new quartz. They even arranged for a plumber to re-connect the new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal for a nominal fee. Did I pay more for all this service and convenience? Absolutely not! Stone Nation’s total price was the best in the area. It even included the new kitchen sinks! (I bought the faucet and disposal.) So, choose Stone Nation for all your countertop and stone needs. Bri and Fernando are very knowledgeable and care about the customer. Especially important IF your not from â low down, slow down DEâ they are highly responsive and accountable. Our kitchen makes the whole house look brand new. We highly recommend Stone Nation.
