+ -1 moreI called Shea Concrete in August 2012 to request an estimate for a walkway along 2 sides of my home and a 10' x 10' pad. The woman who answered the phone took my information and said their estimator would be in touch. Never heard back from them. I cannot evaluate the quality of their work but if they can't respond to a request for an estimate, I don't want to hire them to perform the work. If they were too busy at the time, the least they could have done was call and tell me that. Bad first impression leads to loss of business.
