At the initial meeting the owner Mark was able to give me a price and when I called back to change some ideas he was very positive. He brought along a cut-out  of the finished size to lay in the yard, as I needed to have a visual how it would fit together.  They were on schedule with the ETA - work was performed when scheduled, connected with me in-between visits to keep me informed.  Mark was very patient  when  we came across work that was done and I did not like the way it turned out.  He worked with me for a solution and everything turned out beautiful.  This was a very large project with many details that could have been big problems but I never once felt that my project was in anyway not going to be completed to my liking.  There is one last feature to install which will have to wait till the pool is opened in the spring and I know this will be done.  Everyone I worked with was professional and courteous, especially his daughter Allie.  I would have no problem recommending them.

Owner was arrogant and cocky, didn't return my calls once he got his money. Delayed several times, poor installation. After installation asked him to come see what was wrong.totally avoided me.ruined what my sprinkler guy already started.i was never compensated for damage his crew created. Horrible experience.

Their services were needed as it is too much work for us anymore. The were fast and effecient.  We have a cover that is easy to put on.  We had already cleared the are around the pool for them and had all the tools and chemicals required for them to close the pool. We also had the water at the proper level so they didn't have to worry about that.

Brought a pool from them 19 years ago.  It was great, no problems at all.  Used them for chemicals, parts; recommended them to my neighbors.  No more! This year bought a replacement pool and it has been a nightmare.  It wasn't available on date promised.  When the installers went to put it in, it was missing all the brackets for the supports.  There  were none.  After repeated calls, they sent some brackets--wrong ones.  Had several heated arguments with staff who insisted they were the right ones.  Finally they admitted they were the wrong size, but they didn't have any in stock and neither did the manufacturer!  Kept promising to call back with more information.  Never did.  Finally after weeks of my calling almost daily, they promised to send the correct parts along with someone to install them.  Someone showed up and handed me a box with the parts and said he had been instructed not to install them--he was needed on another job.  I begged, but to no avail.  (It was not an easy installation that a non-professional should attempt.)  Finally just last week, someone came to install them--nearly two months after I purchased the pool.  Also when the pool was delivered they sent the wrong chemical, so I had to go out and purchase it locally.  And they sent the wrong part for the filter so I couldn't backwash it.  None of this was resolved until last week when I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and put a negative review on Angies List.  Now there is a serious problem with the installation, which was done by an outside company since Pool  & Spas installer did not want to install my pool because it had a deck around it.  The installer is blaming Pool & Spas because the top rails were not on the pool for months so they are saying that caused water to run down the sides of the pool and undermine the sand under the pool.  Pools & Spas says it was poor installation.  I have spent nearly $4,500 and am left in the middle with no one willing to fix the problem.

9 years ago they were the company to use.  Now, not so much.  Calling them is a frustration that you probably don't need.

When we originally started using this pool company, they were located within 1/2 hour of our home.  We purchased our pool 8 years ago and we needed to replace the liner, skimmer assembly and deck caps.  The company is now located over an hour away but they do deliver to North Wilmington for a price.  I believe they quoted $ 35, but as luck would have it, I called back to add some chemicals to our order and they were running a delivery special.  We picked out our liner and ordered it along with the other parts. The owner of the company told us that since we were replacing the liner we should line the walls with rolled foam, which we did.  He said that the installer would install it, but he didn't tell us it was an additional charge - but of course, I didn't think to ask.  I had to make several calls to them to find out when I could schedule installation.  I would rate their responsiveness a C+.  Sometimes they got back to me right away, sometimes they didn't.  I wanted a dozen deck caps, which are plastic and hard to find.  I only got about 5, but they did not charge me for these.  Over the years, overall, this company has been really nice to deal with.  Unfortunately, I find the distance too inconvenient, so I am switching to another company for chemicals and service.

They were awesome. They beat everyone on price. Their installers were extremely knowledgeable. The swimming pool will last a lifetime.

They are amazing. Martin was willing to come out at 7am before he went to work and before I went to work to check things out during the week. They only time I could be there while they worked was on Saturday and they were on time. They are really nice guys. I am going to go them for all my pool needs, including chemicals.

BOTH TECHNICIANS THAT HANDLED US WERE QUITE HELPFUL. VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY AND SHOWED US EVERYTHING WE NEED TO DO IN THE FUTURE.
