"King's Tire & Lube would like to express to Mr. [member name removed] that it matters very much to us that we repair our customers vehicle in a timely matter. [member name removed] vehicle was broke down and he called and asked if he could have it towed to our facility. Our service writer advise [member name removed] that our schedule was full and offered to schedule him an appointment for a later date. [member name removed] did not make an appointment at that time. Mr. [member name removed] called back and was again told that are schedule was full but if we had a cancellation we would fit him in. [member name removed] chose to have his vehicle towed to our facility. Although we were unable to repair his vehicle the same day it was brought to us we still completed the repair sooner than it was originally scheduled . We are sincerely sorry that [member name removed] is unhappy but all of our customers are important to us and we must work on their vehicles as they are scheduled"

We had a flat from a road hazard on our small utility trailer driving from Michigan to our house in Delaware. We were on the PA Turnpike and we were able to put on our spare and continue, but our spare was not designed for highway speeds. We called Kings on the way and ordered a matching replacement tire. They requested nothing other than a name and phone number, got the tire in for us the next day, and mounted and balanced it while we waited a short time. And the amount was less than we had paid in Michigan for the same tire.

They seem to be fair. We have been using them for a couple of years. They have done the work that we needed to be done without having to go to a dealer, and dealers always charge a lot more. I would use them again in the future.

They're excellent and very good. Basically what they do is they greet their customers very well at the front door, they make you feel like you're special. They take the time to go through stuff with you. They don't over charge you for sure, it's cheap for a lube job. You feel like you place trust in them, and you don't feel like that at every place you go. It gets done right away, which is a nice thing. They call you. The mechanic will come out and if he see's something that they don't do then they will make recommendations for you. It's just great service and the fact that they didn't charge me a lot or add on different things. Whenever I would go to Jiffy Lubes, this was not the case. It was almost like Jiffy Lube was trying to find things and put in new filters when I replaced them right before, things like that. For Price I would give them an A. It was like 28 or 29 dollars for a lube job and I consider that in the right price range. The quality of work is excellent. I've never had a problem. I've never had a problem with bad stems in the tires and I put new sets of tires on each of my cars. I would definitely use them. Exclusively for oil changes and things like that, because that is their specialty.
