It went excellent, The service dept was very professional and during the diagnosis the auto tech found the problem and the diagnosis price was dropped by 70 dollars

It started nice but by the time I signed the paperwork for my vehicle, the person who does the closing was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to listen to me when I refused the optional services he was offering and tried to hide the charges for them in the contract even though I refused them.

The service department is just excellent. They are there to please the customer, which is not normal for most car dealerships.
