Gutters and leaf guards were terrible. Seems leaf guards suck in debris and can't be cleaned in any practicable manner. No substantive action on multiple complaints. Doors seem to bind on regular basis. Run from these people.

Okay. Had issue with door not closing. They came back said everything was correct. Haven’t had problem since.

They did an excellent job in just a couple of hours.

Hickman company said they would be here the next day, with the part. Repairman showed up on time, slam bam switched out the gears, lubed the unit then checked out the other door opener just to make sure. Complimentary inspection of the tracks, door panels and springs. Within a half hour my significant other was able to pull her car into the garage. So pleased they had the part in stock. Happy camper here!!

It went well. Turned out I expected them one day, and they came another without warning me, but this caused no problems. The driver called me for exact directions and arrived immediately afterwards. In an hour or so he was done. I was very satisfied.

Called on a Monday morning to make a appt. for Friday of the same week since I had the day off of work. They couldn't tell me when the workers would show or how much it would cost. Friday morning I called at 9:30 to see when they would arrive. Was told between 12noon and 1pm. At 1:50 I called again and was told (from a different person) that it was between 2 and 4pm. They actually showed at 4:10pm. They used MY ladder and took about about 20 minutes to do the work.

Everything turned out very well. The service man was excellent. He was punctual. He was on time. He came in did his job and he left. It was just a very friendly experience. I would use this company in future without a doubt.

Hickman did not charge us for the repair. Since the service was so good we ended up buying panel windows from them for our garage door that they will be putting in soon. He came out the morning that we called and did it on his lunch break.
