Excellent. I got an appointment for an inspection 2 days after I called. Pat came out, checked out the breakfast area then went up on the roof.(2 story room with a very steep roof) He carefully inspected the area where the leak may have occurred. He shared that there had been previous work done on it. After a thorough inspection, he concluded that a minor fix done by a friend probably solved the problem and that I should watch for leaks during the next 2 days when 3" of rain was predicted. I did as he recommended and found no evidence of leaking. He told me to call him to let him know how I fared during the storm-leak or no leak. If there was a leak he would come back immediately and rectify the situation. Apparently the minor fix took care of the problem. Then the Christmas present--No Charge for 2 hours of his labor. Wonderful company to work with!

John came the same day I called and repaired my roof. The repair seems to be successful, but John said if I continue to have a problem, he will come back for no charge.

Highly recommend! Pat Martin responded quickly to give me an estimate which was several thousand less than 2 others. He was professional but also knowledgeable & kind. I am disabled & felt vulnerable by others but Pat Went over & above to help me. Job was done within a week of my call due to urgency. Workmen were amazing. Never stopped, cleaned up great, checked by supervisor for completeness & quality of work done. I am beyond pleased & refer everyone to them. My new roof is beautiful. Pat also rechecked everything. I am so pleased & relieved to have this completed! Special thanks to Pat & Mr. Lewandowsi. I am no. longer afraid when it rains! Should be a triple A rating for them. I got three estimates for the roof replacement. Bayside was the most expensive but had the best materials and warranty. I work in the trades and know first hand what a difference good materials and warranties provide. My original roof was installed improperly and not nailed correctly so the shingles delaminated and the roof needed to be replaced 10 years before it should have been. So having it done properly was very important to me. When the crew starting removing the roof they told me it was one of the worst installation they had ever seen. The crew worked hard for two days, did a good job of cleanup. There was only one slight issue, the pitch of my roof is 12/12 (45 degrees) and this was not told to the crew so they did not have enough boards to attach to the roof to give them an edge to stand on. The crew leader saw that I had some boards and asked if they could use them, sure no problem. Upon clean up the helpers loaded up the boards and took them away. After the job the supervisor came by to inspect the work (liked that very much) and he asked if there were any problems, told him everything went great but that they took my boards and would like them back. He said no problem and that he would take care of it. The next morning I had brand new replacement boards sitting on my porch. All I wanted was my old boards, they went above and beyond. They set up to have the manufacture inspector come out about three months after the roof was done. I have all of my warranty certificates and I will not have to worry the rest of my time living in this house.

good, three people who have worked together and had an easy time of it| there was no wasted time or motion. they were here to work and they worked and left; Nothing more to say !

I got 3 estimates for this work - including the one from Bayside. Decided to use this firm because they are local and the reviews were good. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the work that was done and the professionalism of the workers! They had a team of men who arrived at the scheduled time, went right to work and had the job finished by mid-afternoon. Several workers took turns walking the perimeter of the house looking for stray pieces of roof trash and when they left, the place was very clean. I had one concern though and that was quickly resolved. In order to run the roofing material up the side of the house to prevent potential leaks, they removed 2 courses of the clapboard and that was still missing when the crew left. I called the office and was assured that they would return 2 days later to replace the missing pieces but there were thunderstorms predicted for the intervening day and I was concerned that water would get into the house in the open areas. Bayside sent a man out the next day to temporarily cover the openings. He finished just as the thunder rolled in and we stayed completely dry though the storms. The next day the crew returned and installed the replacement clapboard PAINTED TO MATCH THE COLOR OF THE HOUSE!! They had taken a old board to the paint store to have the paint matched. I can't tell you how impressed I was and still am at their follow-through. One of the other estimates I got - which was TWICE the cost that Bayside charged - stated that I would need to pay by the piece for any clapboard that needed to be replaced and that painting them would be my responsibility. Bayside included everything for the quoted price. Thorough professionals from start to finish, thank you!

Fantastic. Reached out to me on the Sunday I requested a quote. Showed up next day with the materials needed and took care of the intended repairs along with a few others he noticed. Was quick efficient and extremely helpful.

John Graham showed up with a crew and within a hour had the siding off and found the leak. Replace the siding and shutter. You cannot even tell they where there. Very nice and professional. Would recommend to anyone who needs a quality roofer.

He came out a couple of weeks after the purchase. He was cooperative and I would recommend him. I would use him again if I couldn't find someone closer. He's willing to come down to this area.
