Terra stayed abreast of all of the steps of the transaction to make sure that the important milestones were met.  Often times, buyers, sellers, other realtors, mortgage companies, attorneys, insurance companies and inspectors have a lot on their plate and miss important deadlines.  Terra did not allow this to happen and her friendly reminders to all parties involved made sure that everything occurred when it was scheduled.

We met Terra King at an open house. We were moving about one and a half hours from where we lived and we needed someone that could work with our schedule and educate us about the area. Terra went above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do. She spent countless hours giving us tours and working on agreements. Every item in every document was explained in detail. We cannot thank her enough for making this such a smooth transition. We were complete strangers when we met her and she rolled out the red carpet.
