Response to initial query was immediate. Went back and forth a bit on date of service as it wasn't one of their larger jobs. Not much negotiating on price; overall service was acceptable. Timely invoice and payment. Professional front desk (office).

Workers are always respectful of the neighbors when parking their truck and unloading equipment.  They work around our landscaping and fence.  They have only once left a fence gate open in two year's of weekly lawn care. Grass is mowed to the height requested and also using the equipment preferred by us, a push mower instead of a riding mower.

This is the finest landscaping company I have used in this area.  Before I found Sleepy Hollow, I had used at least 5 different companies, none of which gave me the type of service I needed, which included replacing downed and storm-damaged trees, staking up trees that could be saved, thinning out planting beds, overall maintenance, but most important of all, understanding my needs and circumstances. This company is prompt, reliable, thorough, and the most knowledgeable of any I have worked with.  Bill Shetzler, who worked with me to determine the best plan for my needs, listened carefully and came up with the ideal plan.  He scheduled the work, carefully instructed the crew, and later explained, with great patience, details which I did not understand.  I would also like to note that calls are answered by a real person, Connie, who gave me the greatest attention and help.  Note:  sometimes Connie is away, but returns calls as soon as she can after returning. Sleepy Hollow has excellent pricing plans.  They offer a menu of the services involved in the landscaping plan;  the homeowners chooses the ones the best fit their needs and budget.  In short, this is the only landscaping company I will work with from now on.  They really do seem to care about their clients and their needs.

Billy was very courteous and professional.  His workers wasted no time and didn't dawdle.  Job was done in about two hours.  Billy then called early the next morning to see if we were satisfied.  Needless to say, we were.  Billy seems to care a great deal about customer care.  This along with the great work would make me not hesitate to use Sleepy Hollow again.   Connie is also very adept at handling customers on the phone.  Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend Sleepy Hollow Lawn Care.

It was excellent. I know their price was good because we did a lot of comparison. They came, they did what they said, there was no mess. When they came out, they were extremely thorough in sending us a contract on everything that we asked for and that the owner did come out the day the work started.

We hired Sleepy Hollow to completely redo our landscaping at our home including creating a paver patio and sidewalk in our backyard.   This was one of the best investments we ever made.  Billy Shetzler who is the general manager, came to our home and we discussed what it was we were looking to do.  He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.  We discussed various options and left it with Billy doing some drawings of what he would propose.  We told him to propose what he would do if it was his home.  Around a week later, we received some drawings from Billy detailing a beautiful revamped landscape.  The design was very well done and really clearly laid out what plants would be where.  We had talked to other landscapers, but Billy's professionalism, attention to detail, and the warranty his company provided made the decision easy.
Around two weeks later, a team of workers showed up and began the project.  We were having a lot done, so the total project took about 3 weeks.  The team was very professional and each day they took any debris and trash offsite with them.  They also swept my driveway and sidewalks each day to ensure they were clean.  This may seem like a small thing, but most companies do not do this and its the small things like this that help you realize Sleepy Hollow cares about its customers and does not want to inconvenience you for anything they can avoid.  
When the team was done, everything looked fantastic.  We could not have asked for any better.  The mulch was spread evenly, the edges was crisp, everything exceeded our expectations.  
I would highly recommend Sleep Hollow to anyone and everyone.  We continue to use their services today.  Billy is an amazing resource and is always available to answer any questions you have.  
Lastly, they will not pressure you to do anything.  Throughout the process, they would advise us if their were things we could do ourselves.  They provided us with instructions for how to maintain each and every item they planted.  Of course, they will help you if you want/need it, but they will also help you become self sufficient.

With both projects, the quality is top notch.  The work was done very professionally and I never had any issues with cost or project overruns.  The owner was exceptionally easy to work with.  The price is the only downside.  I didn't do much in the way of price comparisons, but I also found that of the three companies I called for estimates, they were the only ones to call back.  If you want worry-free, hassle free, responsive, quality service and an excellent yard when you are done, you can't go wrong with this company if you are willing to pay the price.

Billy is a great example on how to run a professional and successful business. i would personally recommend them to anyone.
