My wife and I recently had SchagrinGAS Heating & Air install a Lennox Humidifier and a Lennox PureAir purification system along with a new smart thermostat into our home and we couldn't be happier! The installers arrived on time and were extremely polite. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful with explaining the new equipment and how to operate everything. We can already notice a huge difference in comfort from the humidifier on the very first day! (This winter has been brutal in our home with the dry air, damaged skin, coughing, etc.) Schagrin's prices were much lower than the other Lennox dealers in the area that we spoke to and we would recommend SchagrinGAS Heating & Air to all of our friends and neighbors!

There's no need for replacing parts or anything. The furnace is approximately 15 years old and it was installed at the time the house was built. He was very cordial, very clean, did a very good clean-up job, very professional in it, he even let me watch a little bit on what he was doing and explained it. He assured and he know that even though they are doing the service that they are doing, there is no machine that's perfect, there's always sections of the interior area. He checked it very thoroughly and assured me that the furnace is working well, showed me the electronics which looked like a control board of a 747, there was so many wires and so many little connections and he explained that very, very well. He was very clean, he left me no problem, I don't have to clean up after him. I am fully amazed and pleased, I'm 72 years old and having to do clean-up after somebody, then this is a good service. I am familiar with their work now.

.Got a 4 hour window a few days from initial call.  Was not an emergency, AC was working, just thought I heard surging in the lines indicating low freon charge.  Unit is 16 years old.  Chris showed up after calling to say he was on his way.  Has worked at Schagrin for 25 years.  Checked charge and found it low.  Added 1 lb 14 oz freon to get it back up to where it was supposed to be(65 lbs lo side).  Gave me a new air filter when he saw my permanent cleanable had broken.  Didn't add it to bill.  $109 Service charge, and $99 for the freon.  Put everything back together.  AC is noticibly colder, and return line noticably warmer, evaporator is working better with proper charge in it.  Did not try to convince me something else was wrong.  Did not try to upsell me any services or contracts.  Just charged the unit it like I asked him to.  Polite knowledgeable Tech.  Will definately use them again, and plan on swapping different company which I used to replace a rental unit AC/Heat pump 4 years ago if I need to service it.

My Air Conditioner died after 28 years during this recent heat wave and terrible humidity. Schagrin sent a salesperson the next day to give me a quote. I use these guys for my propane service and they have serviced my hot water heater and air conditioning before. They have always been honest and don't try to upsell you into something you don't need. Their price was below the quote I received from the people who supply me with my oil ; way below. I did have to wait several days but they showed up when promised and the installation was flawless. They also cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy and I will use them again when I need a new furnice.

They were very good. Very professional. Very accurate. They explained things well to me. They cleaned up after their work. They walked me through everything they did. Very informative. I felt confident that the price they quoted me was appropriate. I would highly recommend them.
