Schagrin Home Comfort Products

We used Schagrin for our heat pump and air handler replacement. They were great to work with from the beginning! We worked with them through Lowe’s so we could take advantage of the Lowe’s financing, but otherwise they handled everything. Mike, our salesman, was great at explaining options and being honest about what we needed and he recommended and not trying to upset the whole time. He laid out all of our options and let us piece together what we wanted to have, and still be within our budget. He even helped us sign up for the energy rebate programs through the state. The two guys that came to do our install were very courteous and on time. They got the job done quickly, cleanly, and explained everything to us when we were done. They didn’t leave until we were satisfied and comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get HVAC work done!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! They installed two new Lennox systems in my home as well as a tankless hot water heater. The hot water heater leaked and flooded my home causing mold, almost a week of no hot water and no compensation. This year, 4 years later and still under warranty, they misdiagnosed issues with the Lennox Thermostat they installed and then proceeded to charge me FOUR TIMES... Yes FOUR TIMES for service calls... Their ‘customer service’ is awful and the women who work there are completely inept... STAY AWAY!!!

Schagrin provided professional and courteous service in all aspects of our process of purchasing a new Heater/AIr for our 2nd floor. We were very happy with the process from buying the unit from Mike Shallcross through the installation, where the technicians were friendly and knowledgable.

My wife and I recently had SchagrinGAS Heating & Air install a Lennox Humidifier and a Lennox PureAir purification system along with a new smart thermostat into our home and we couldn't be happier! The installers arrived on time and were extremely polite. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful with explaining the new equipment and how to operate everything. We can already notice a huge difference in comfort from the humidifier on the very first day! (This winter has been brutal in our home with the dry air, damaged skin, coughing, etc.) Schagrin's prices were much lower than the other Lennox dealers in the area that we spoke to and we would recommend SchagrinGAS Heating & Air to all of our friends and neighbors!
