I met Sandi in 2012 when my parents were thinking of selling their house. She impressed me quite a bit. I have dealt with other agents in selling and buying my own houses and they always brought with them an ?impressive? sales presentation. Sandi was
just very down to earth. No presentation, just facts about what needed to be done to improve the chances of a sale and an honest opinion of the value of the home. In 2014 we finally decided to sell the house and I immediately called Sandi. Since I live 3000 miles away, selling the home would be a challenge. I met with Sandi and we reviewed what needed work and put the house up for sale. We had an offer within 2 weeks. The sale presented several challenges but we were able to work through them.  Throughout
all this, plus a death in her family, Sandi constantly worked to ensure that my interests were priority. . I honestly could not have gotten this done without her. I cannot say enough about the great job that she did. If you want an agent who will give you an honest assessment of your property and will work to make sure you get the best (realistic) price for your home, you need to call Sandi!

Patterson Price Real Estate Sandi Shane is really good. I spoke with them about some things. My daughter is looking for an apartment and I talked to them about some things and they were wonderful. They told about apartments to avoid, and the ones to check into. They have been very helpful. I will continue to use them in the future.

When we found the home of our dreams - she absolutely MADE it happen. She knew exactly what to do and say to get us ahead of all other buyers. She is amazing!! I would recommend her to my best friend, my mother - anyone I cared about - she's really that good!
