Keenan at Middletown

Between Keenan and my insurance company, the process was completely smooth and pain free. I only had a minor accident with my car (hit a piece of someone's exploded tire on the highway), but because all these new cars are mad of plastic, the entire bumper and fog light had to be replaced. Keenan (I believe my main tech was Kirk?) was very helpful in making sure they used the best matching paints (my car is pearl) and the correct fitting parts to maintain the value of my car, since it is a lease. They even went to bat for me with the insurance company to make sure the parts ordered were the correct fit, and not just the cheapest. The front desk person (I believe her name was Lisa?) was very friendly each time we talked. Would use them again, in fact I'll prob be scheduling an appointment within the next month for a small ding on another part of my car.
(I put N/A for the price rating since I went through insurance and didn't pay out of pocket. From their original quote, I would say they are one of the pricier shops, however, I think they can justify their prices based on the quality of their work.)

I got 3 estimates for the work. Keenan was not the lowest but not the highest either. The estimator did a thorough review of the damage done and provided a detailed estimate of the needed work, with the stipulation that more work might be needed once repairs began due to the age (1991) of the car. I agreed to have them do the work but had an unexpected delay before I could bring the car in. They kept the estimate for two months until I could get the car to them. The car was repaired quickly and they kept me informed with phone calls about the progress on the repairs. They did find some additional damage and called me about it to authorize repair. Over all a very good job and I would use them again if needed.

They were very good and my car now looks very good.
