basement waterproofing
 + -1 moreTIED DRAINAGE SYSTEM INTO EVERYTHING, AND THIS MEANS MY DRAINAGE FROM DOING LAUNDRY AND OTHER THINGS IS SPRAYING ONTO MY LAWN. THEY TRIED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE ONCE, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS, AND I STILL HAVE MOISTURE IN MY BASEMENT. THEY MISSED THEIR LAST APPOINTMENT, AND CAN'T SET ANOTHER ON FOR A WEEK. VERY DISAPPOINTED. POOR CLEANUP. THEY UNHOOKED MY APPLIANCES, AND THEN TRIED TO TELL ME I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR RECONNECTION.
Description of Work: INSTALLED A SUMP PUMP AND DRAIN SYSTEM IN MY BASEMENT.
