David was called on the spur of the moment by my electrician when it became clear that my well pump hadn't stopped working for purely electrical reasons. David responded immediately and, upon arriving, got right to work trying to fix the pump rather than replace it. He cleaned and replaced several parts and did his best to save the pump. When he determined that it couldn't be fixed, he conferred with me about the make of pump I wanted, went out and bought it after doing a price comparison, returned and installed it. Then he waited for the new power line that my local power company was going to install, to be sure that the well pump was working correctly. David was courteous, kind, helpful, highly skilled, professional, obviously interested in my well being, and a pleasure to deal with. Although he came to me, a new client, on an emergency call, made a trip to buy the new well pump, and stayed several hours, he charged no extra fee. In fact, most of his bill was the price of the well pump. I won't hesitate to call David for any plumbing need in the future. He did a super job!
