They canceled original appointment in June 2013. So another appointment was scheduled for August 13,2013. Did not show up and did not call until 3 hours later. Told me I could have appointment rescheduled for the 16th on a message left on phone. Yet 3 calls later and a few more emails trying to reschedule I was not called back or responded to reschedule. Was left hanging wondering if they were coming. I guess my dogs were not that important to have as patients. Oh well, found another vet willing to make house call for vaccines for my dogs that I spoke to personally and not through messages and emails.
