We were highly satisfied with the work provided by the contractors with the exception of the hardwood floor installer. However, after we expressed our concern to Russ he immediately handled the problem and had the flooring re-installed. They did a great job and the floor is high quality. Russ is a very professional contractor and we will be using him again for our next renovation project.

When we made a few changes to the original plan. I told RP That we were not in the habit of changing our minds all the time. He said "It's your house and you should have what you want." Russ was very easy to work with. Enough said!
