The Daniels Team @ Partners Realty is a small team of experienced professionals ready to assist you with your home buying and home selling needs. Our main focus is on residential real estate sales. I have been a full time REALTOR since 1992 and earned my Broker title in 2007. I also have experience with marketing, target marketing, social media, internet, etc. Our listing to sales price ratio is 92.05%. Many teams work under a "Mega Team" model. I do not follow that model. I prefer to function as a boutique style model. Meaning, we have a couple realtors here to serve your needs and professional ancillary pro's (ex. lender, inspectors, etc) As team leader and lead realtor I want our clients to have access to myself and others as they need. From the moment we start the process, The Daniels Team is here guiding you, advising you from beginning to end. Our marketing systems to get your home sold are outstanding. We get results. Having lived and worked in all 3 counties in Delaware, we successfully serve the entire State of Delaware. The Daniels Team is eager to work with you to accomplish your real estate needs.
