The work was scheduled to take 2 days, but the 2 installers asked if it would be OK to work thru and do it in 1 day. We agreed and they worked without a break and had it finished by 7:30 PM. Once completed they cleaned up the work area, garage included. The finished floor is beautiful, we couldn't be happier with it.

We liked the product they offered, met our wants, needs. The scheduling was a bit of a disaster. We contracted in May , 21st or so for early June install. We were told no problem by Chris who I believe is the owner. One or two calls later to Chris, we were given July 9 and 10, after being told that the original June date was not possible as they did not have the material yet. I then got a call from someone who I guess manages the schedule. He said that Thursday would not work, would Friday and Saturday be okay. I said yes and that would work but after that would not. He said ( and I'm not making this up) Oh well that's between you and the installer!

The installers made up for everything. They were A+. They did an outstanding job, really cared about their work, came the time they said, and worked Sunday to finish when I said I couldn't be there Monday. I'd be writing a very different review if not for them.

Overall very satisfied with the product and the installation.

not good.  We met with someone, it was VERY rushed, as another customer came in during our visit, and he made them the priority.

We had to find what we wanted, and then showed him! The sample (that we found) did not match what ultimately came to the house.  After one day of install, we saw horrible flaws in the floor that were not on the sample.  He was not particularly responsive, asking ME to contact the company with my complaint.  When I balked, he offered me a small discount.  Then, my contractor talked with him and we supposedly got a bigger refund.  We have not seen this refund, and they have been unresponsive to my request to follow up. 

I am not happy with the final product, and there was a two week delay in the install as we tried to work out the refund details (which we have not seen).  There has been no follow up contact with us as to our satisfaction.  Very sad.  Situation is still unresolved.  Have other properties here and WILL NOT use or refer.

Joe Rishel was our Salesman AND more! He coordinated shipment from factory to our home-with time allowed for the wood to acclimate. Everything arrived on time and the delivery crew was professional and very careful bringing the material into the house. The installation started when scheduled, were neat, and very skilled. They examined every board for quality-rejecting those that were not up to their very high standards. These were returned to the manufacturer for full credit. The quality of the workmanship was superb and,at the end of each workday , they cleaned up as though they were never there. We cannot praise them enough. Throughout the the entire process, Joe was the complete Project Manager. He monitored the entire installation with phone calls and personal visits. An amazing and very knowledgeable guy- with 40 years of experience. We have since bought porcelain tile from him and he assisted with the design and construction of our dream walk-in shower. We have offered to provide references any time we can.
