+ -1 moreThey are very responsive. They are very punctual. They are very professional. There was just one worker. They come in to check the unit in the basement. They do wear their booties.
Description of Work: This is a contract we have with them. They came out to change the filter. Also, the thermostat is computerized, the check that to make sure it's set right. They check the humidity. They check the heating unit as well.
