They replaced my windshield and on the way home I noticed a spot of distortion in the center of the windshield. I called to explain and was told all windshields have distortion. Next day I returned to speak to the manager. What a ignorant and abusive man he was. He folded his arms refused to even look at the windshield and said I don't need to look at it because you cant curve glass without distortion. I explained it was a safety hazard as the lines in the road were so wavy as to be very distracting while driving. He agreed to replace the windshield but only one time as all curved glass is distorted. He was down right abusive in his tone and actions. Looking in another direction the whole time he spoke to me. They repaced it and there was nothing wrong with the new windshiled until I got home. They had forgotten to hook up my windshield washer tubes. So back to the shop FOR A THIRD TIME! No way would I ever return and they need to fire that abusive manager!!!
