Went to the shop. They installed four tires plus a wheel alignment in short order. Car was ready when Anne had promised.

My experience was excellent. They are very good. Their prices are very reasonable. They do a good work. Their service manager is unbelievable and she is good. The place is large. They get me in and out as quick as they can. I can stand in the waiting area as it is very nice. They have huge flat screens to look onto the service area and I can actually watch them work on my car. The manager watches them work on the car. If one goes back to her and says that such and such work was not performed, then she goes back and checks the videos to see if the work has been missed. Those mechanics are set in to do good job because they have been watched.

They were prompt, they were honest and there were no problems.

The staff is super courteous and you can print out coupons for a great price on an oil change and every fifth oil change on the same vehicle is free. They are the best deal in town and you are in and out really quick. You do need to make an appointment because they book up quick.

When my wife and I described an issue we were having with our 2005 Honda Civic, the staff diagnosed the issue as being caused by the spark plugs, which were due to be replace anyway as part of the car's maintenance schedule. The staff provided a quote, ordered the part, and called me when the part arrived to schedule an appointment.
I was able to wait while the work was done. It was done quickly, and the total cost was less than my original quote because the cashier reminded me to use a coupon.
I've had work done at this location many times and have never experienced anything but quality service at a solid price.

We have been so impressed with the professionalism displayed by everyone there. We always feel confident in the work that they do and the experience is always pleasant. It is also very nice that prices are displayed so there is no run around.

I was very impressed with this shop. I had called ahead to make an appointment and they were very prompt, courteous and professional. The waiting room was very comfortable. They did not push me into any unwanted extra services.

they keep telling me that they have dia. the problem and that they have done some repairs and it should be alright now. within 5 days the engine service light comes back on (same code 1494). I have a code reader and can rest it if I need to,but would really like them to FIX the problem. All of this started when they (my local Meineke shop did a " recommended tune up,plugs etc. since the veh. has 80,000 miles on it. After they put in new plugs is when my trouble code started to come up . A #306 and a #1494 code. Tey finally fixed the #306 code after 2 (two) trips back to the shop. The #1494 code STILL keeps coming on after at least 5(five) trips back to the shop for the same problem. Contacted Meineke Corp. Offices and they "ALSO" just give me the run around.. Told to work it out with my local FRANCHISE, not really their problem. I am now going thru my State (Delaware) AG's office (office of consumer affairs) to try and resolve this matter. My last resort is to (and will) take it to my local Jeep Dealer.

The experience was very good. They were very professional and the cost was very reasonable. I would plan on using them again.

We did not know where to go when the ac stopped working in the van but since our experience with Meineke in the past was good, we decided to give them a try and Im glad we did. I don't even mind taking the cars in for service. The waiting area is very clean and customer friendly. Will certainly use them in the future.
