Sales in-store was very helpful.  The manufacturing lead time was very good.  The independent contractor installer (Tony) was right on time and did the install promptly.

We had to call Tony back though for a very minor problem and he was gracious enough to make the modification a scheduling priority

Their installation Coordinators in the store called several times, first to confirm that installer Tony had confirmed our order and set an installation  date, then after the install to assess our satisfaction. 

Gold stars to all (Sales, Installation Contractor, the Install Coordinators) for aiming for our complete satisfaction promptly

Mr. Hernadez was my Installer who came on the scheduled day. He did an excellent job. His work was complete and neat. He explained and showed me what he was doing with my installation. After he installed both doors, he reviewed his work with me, and showed me how to operate the doors, and retractable screens.
I am very satisfied with Lowe's and their Installer, Mr. Hernadez.

The workmanship was good. There are no leaks on the roofs. This issues: They were supposed to remove the old tar paper and inspect the plywood underneath. I noticed the tar paper had not been removed but the installers were already applying new shingles. When I asked the boss if he inspected the roof, he essentially stated everything was fine and didn't need to be replaced. I felt they should have looked for issues as we agreed upon. Lowe's didn't notify me when there would be a delivery and the installers didn't notify me when they would arrive. I also felt there was some stealing of my extra materials on the job site as well. When I presented these issues to the installers and Lowe's they both said they were 100% in the right and there were no issues.
